User Registration

Prior to logging on and using the Site, you will be required to register as an authorized user by submitting certain information to the Site.   

When you register to become an authorized user of the Site, you represent and warrant to Compassion that: (a) you are using your actual identity; (b) the information you provide to Compassion about you and your organization is true, complete, correct, and current; (c) you will maintain and promptly keep that information up to date; (d) you are of sufficient legal age (in your state/province or territory of residence) and mental capacity to enter into these Terms of Use; (e) you have the authority on behalf of your organization to enter into these Terms of Use, and you have read and understand these Terms of Use and agree to bound by them; (f) you have a legitimate need to access the Site and its content and you will only use the Site’s content for authorized purposes; and (g) you have no personal or proprietary interest/ownership in the Site or its content.  Additionally you agree that you are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.  You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your login information, whether or not you have authorized the activity.  You agree that you will not sell, transfer or assign your access to the Site or your login information to any third party or otherwise provide access to any third party.  Compassion reserves the right to periodically require you to change your password.
